This pop-up, mobile concert brings the artist directly to the neighborhood of Highland Park and is meant to be intimate, viewed from the porch, the front yard, or from the comfort and safety of one’s home.

Thornetta Davis is a 2018 Kresge Fellowship Awardee and The Official “Detroit’s Queen of Blues”.  Thornetta’s lastest CD Honest Woman, which she wrote and produced, has won numerous awards including eight Detroit Music Awards, 2 BLUES MUSIC AWARDS 2017 Nominations for "Best Song" and "Best Blues Album Emerging Artist" also Blues Blast Magazine Music Award for “Best Soul/Blues Album, Thornetta was also nominated for a 2019 and 2020 Blues Music Award for best Soul/ Blues artist female. Thornetta also received a French 2017 La Academie du Jazz Award for Best Blues Album. Thornetta’s live performances will leave you feeling uplifted and asking for more.
