Restore the Woods : Community Stewardship Day
Join Sidewalk Detroit and Huron-Clinton Metroparks for Restore the Woods: Community Stewardship Day, a hands-on opportunity to care for the woodland ecosystem at Eliza Howell Park!
Spend the morning outdoors connecting with your community and making a difference in one of Detroit’s largest parks. Together, we’ll help restore and care for the park’s natural spaces through collaborative stewardship and invasive species removal.
Whether you’re an experienced volunteer or simply looking for a meaningful way to spend time outdoors, we’d love to have you join us. Bring a friend, gather your family, or sign up as part of a larger group!
All ages are welcome. Organizations, schools, faith communities, and corporate volunteer teams are encouraged to participate.
